Her identity is plausible, and she would survive being pulled over in a car or arrested with no prior arrest record showing on the system, but it wouldn't hold up to really intense scrutiny.
Everything old is new again, and this tends to pay off when it comes to Camber. She favors the punk trappings of the mid-late 90 (and a little bit of 2000) when she was in the scene, right around when she was Embraced, and her copious tattoos are for the most part indicative of the styles and abilities of the time (and some drunken bad decisions) as well. But the 90s are back in, and she either tends to be viewed as interestingly retro or authentically grunge-punk.
Camber likes to wear heavy eyeliner and dark makeup and red lipstick, sort of hard-femme, and clothes that range somewhere between practical and showy: ripped tanks and tees, studded patched jackets and vests, almost aggressively scanty layers. (She does most things aggressively.) She has short undercut dark hair that she occasionally spikes up into a mohawk. She's not especially feminine featured and doesn't make any attempt to be soft, but she doesn't go to pains to look particularly androgynous. She's obviously strong and isn't afraid of getting dirty.
Prowess Vampires with Potence gain far greater strength from their Blood than those who lack it. (Chance of increased Hunger.)
